Delmar Puppy Rescue would like to give a special thanks to Pilot Alan Lieberman for his dedication in helping to save our foster dogs.  Without his generosity flying our dogs to safety Trixie would not be with us today.

Do you have a story and photo you would like to share about your DPR adopted pup or dog?  We're looking for some laughs, maybe some tears, how they have changed your life, how they have touched your heart.  We will post your photo and story on our home page to share with all of our visitors.  Maybe, just maybe, you'll inspire someone to share their life with a homeless dog.

Please send a photo and your story to:

Duke is one of five pups that came to us from a farmer in PA.  They are a "designer dog" breed known as Aussimo.  One of their parents was a purebred Australian Cattle Dog and the other parent was an American Eskimo Dog.  Duke is one of the biggest puppies in the litter and will most likely be around 55-65 lbs full grown.  He is super fluffy and cute with bright white fur and patches of Cattle Dog markings.  These pups definitely have the herding instinct of their Australian Cattle Dog heritage and they are incredibly smart and trainable.  They are active dogs, but not hyper, and will need exercise and training.  If you are interested in adopting this cutie please fill out an application on our site at www.delmarpuppyrescue.com
