Delmar Puppy Rescue would like to give a special thanks to Pilot Alan Lieberman for his dedication in helping to save our foster dogs.  Without his generosity flying our dogs to safety Trixie would not be with us today.

Do you have a story and photo you would like to share about your DPR adopted pup or dog?  We're looking for some laughs, maybe some tears, how they have changed your life, how they have touched your heart.  We will post your photo and story on our home page to share with all of our visitors.  Maybe, just maybe, you'll inspire someone to share their life with a homeless dog.

Marley is a sweet little girl with the most beautiful big brown eyes that just melt your heart the second you meet her.  She is the perfect size, at around 35 lbs not too big or too small, and as cuddly as can be.  Marley wants nothing more than to snuggle in with her head in your lap and be pet.  Marley and her pups were dropped at a shelter in SC where they didn't have much chance of survival.  Thankfully, a volunteer saw Marley and after meeting her, couldn't leave her there.  She contacted Delmar Puppy Rescue and Marley is now in a loving foster home with her six pups.  Marley is very smart and well behaved.  She figured out how to use the dog door in her foster home the first night she arrived without ever being taught.  When Marley goes for walks she is on a leash, but she never goes far enough away from you to know it.  She walks right by your side and stops whenever you stop so she can get pet.  She will be ready to be adopted as soon as her pups are weaned the first week in March.  If you are interested in giving Marley a forever home please fill out an application on our site at www.delmarpuppyrescue.com.
